By accessing and using Azvy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Azvy provides a platform for outdoor adventure organizers to manage bookings, participants, and payments. We act as a technology provider and are not responsible for the actual execution, safety, or quality of the treks organized by third parties.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during booking. Organizers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, ensuring participant safety, and delivering the services as described in their trek listings.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed directly between the trekker and the organizer via UPI. Azvy does not hold funds. Refund policies are determined solely by the individual organizer. Please contact your organizer directly for any refund requests.
5. Limitation of Liability
Azvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any activities booked through the platform. Adventure sports involve inherent risks, and participants assume all liability.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
