We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide when booking a trek or creating an organizer account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate our platform, process your bookings, communicate with you, and provide customer support. Organizers receive the participant information necessary to conduct the trek safely.

3. Information Sharing & Zero Cross-Selling

Azvy will never sell, rent, or share your personal information to third parties or competing organizers. If you book a trek, your information is shared only with that specific trek organizer.

For Organizers (Data Controllers): We guarantee a strict zero cross-selling policy. We will never use your participant data to market competing treks, nor will we share your participant lists with other entities on the platform. Azvy acts legally and solely as a Data Processor for your business.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention: Sensitive financial records, such as UPI payment screenshots, are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 45 days after the completion of a trek. General participant data (names, contact info) is retained indefinitely as a business asset for the Data Controller (the Organizer), unless explicitly requested for deletion.

5. Your Rights & Data Portability

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the Azvy administration team or deleting your account from the dashboard.

For Organizers: You maintain full ownership of all data collected via your trek listings. You have the right to export your participant data at any time. Should you leave the platform, your data will be permanently erased upon request.
